Deirdre Murphy is an active full-time REALTOR in Gainesville, Florida. She is a specialist is the entire "Lake Region" of North Central Florida, which includes Keystone Heights, Melrose, Earleton, Lake Geneva, Starke and Grandin area.
She joined Watson Realty in Keystone Heights after initially starting her real estate career in Southern California and has also worked for over 20 years in sales and marketing with Top Fortune 500 companies.
Deirdre has put her successful marketing and sales experience to "Get Homes SOLD". Having been a real estate agent in the late 80's when interest rates soared to over 17% Deirdre knows challenging real estate markets and has the experience to help you with buying or selling your home. She has been recognized as the "Top Sales Producer of 2008" in the Keystone Heights office and honored with Realtor of the Month on many occasions throughout the year. She has also earned one of Watson's highest honors, the President's Award.
As an active member in her community she is involved with the Garden Club of the Lakes and is Co-Chair of the "Yard of the Month" committee. She is a member of the Women's Club of Keystone Heights and will head up the Conservation Committee for 2010-2011. In addition, she is a 10 year member with the Girl Scouts Gateway Council. On election days, Deirdre can be usually seen working as poll worker in the community. Deirdre also serves on the Keystone Heights Heritage Committee and is Chair of the Design Review Subcommittee. Recently she was asked to be on the Community Redevelopment Advisory Board to the city of Keystone Heights.
